This document outlines the terms, conditions and privacy policy (collectively referred to as the "Agreement") governing your use of the CO2 Calculator offered by Komproment. By accessing and using the CO2 Calculator, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Use of the CO2 Calculator
The CO2 Calculator is provided by Komproment for the purpose of estimating the carbon footprint of building materials. You are permitted to use the CO2 Calculator for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the CO2 Calculator for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Collection of Customer Data
Komproment may collect certain information from you when you use the CO2 Calculator, such as your name, email address, and information about your building project. We use this information to provide you with relevant information, including updates on our products and services.
Storage and Use of Customer Data
Komproment may store your data for a period of up to three years using ActiveCampaign, a secure customer relationship management system. We will use your data to send you periodic emails, including newsletters and other relevant information. You may opt out of these emails at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in the emails.
Privacy Policy
Komproment is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or trade your personal information to any third party. Your information is stored using ActiveCampaign, a secure customer relationship management system, and we take appropriate measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
Changes to the Agreement
Komproment reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and we encourage you to review this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of the CO2 Calculator following any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Disclaimer
Komproment makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the CO2 Calculator or the information, content, materials, or products included on the CO2 Calculator. To the full extent permissible by law, Komproment disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Komproment be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the CO2 Calculator, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Komproment is headquartered.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Komproment regarding the use of the CO2 Calculator and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between you and Komproment.
